A company in Kuwait is hiring an experienced Owner’s Secretary to provide professional administrative support to the Owner and Managing Director.
Job Details:
• Location: Kuwait
• Department: Management and Administration
• Reports to: Owner or Managing Director
• Preferred nationality: Filipino
• Visa: Transferable Article 18
• Immediate joining is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Owner’s calendar, appointments and meetings
• Coordinate business meetings and travel arrangements
• Handle calls, emails and official correspondence
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations and other documents
• Maintain the confidentiality of business and personal information
• Coordinate with managers, employees, suppliers, clients, banks and government offices
• Follow up on tasks, approvals, payments and documents
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes and action points
• Maintain contracts, reports and company records
• Monitor deadlines and provide daily or weekly updates
• Prioritize communications and highlight urgent matters
• Manage personal appointments and administrative requirements when requested
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Two to three years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant or in a similar position
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• High level of confidentiality, honesty and trustworthiness
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required
• A valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage
