A company in Kuwait is looking for a professional, highly organized and discreet Executive Secretary to provide direct support to the CEO.
Job Details:
• Position: Executive Secretary to the CEO
• Location: Kuwait
• Salary: KD 300–350 per month
• Employment: Local hiring only
• Joining: Immediate availability is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments and meetings
• Handle emails, correspondence and confidential documents
• Prepare reports, presentations, agendas and meeting minutes
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
• Arrange meetings, travel and other executive requirements
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure their timely completion
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
• Perform other administrative duties when required
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Must currently be residing in Kuwait
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
