Oxygen Company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Associate to join its team in Kuwait.

🔻 Key Requirements:

• Filipino national
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement and logistics
• Strong experience in FMCG procurement
• Proven experience in overseas/international procurement
• Experience in sourcing products and suppliers internationally
• Good understanding of purchasing, import procedures, shipping, and logistics coordination
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure

🔻 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase FMCG products from local and international suppliers
• Coordinate overseas orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and supplier agreements
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, and logistics partners
• Maintain proper procurement records and documentation
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment
• Identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings
• Ensure products meet required quality, pricing, and delivery standards
