We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations, Events & Catering to join our team in Kuwait.
If you have solid Food & Beverage experience, enjoy working on the floor, and have strong leadership skills to keep operations running smoothly during busy events,

Experience required
* Staff allocation and workforce planning
* Banquet and catering operations
* Coordinating with chefs for event setups
* Good knowledge of F&B equipment and service standards
* Dinner service SOPs and daily operations
* Leading and supervising service teams
* Training, coaching, and developing team members
* Team building and performance management
* Hands-on involvement during setup and event execution
* Previous Food & Beverage experience is mandatory
